摘　　要：本文指出,农村教育是我国基础教育的重点和难点,当前的主要任务是制止中西部农村地区义务教育的滑坡。在总结国内外经验的基础上,文章提出了解决我国义务教育财政困难的政策措施。This article points out that rural education is the key and difficult point of China抯 basic education. It is an urgent mission for us to stop the decline of the compulsory education in central and west China. Based on the summary of foreign and domestic experience, the author brings forward some solutions to the financial troubles faced by China抯 compulsory education.
