摘　　要：电镀液组成的变化显著地影响到细线图形的半导体和PCB,因而提出了工艺控制技术的高要求,监控PCB制造中电镀添加剂的老标准将会满足这些高要求的新的生命力。Both Semiconductors and PWBs have fine features affected by changes in the composition of the plating Solution,thereby creating a high demand for process control techniques. An old standard for monitoring plating additives in PWB manufacturing might find new life meeting these demands.
