摘　　要：目的 介绍腰腹股沟神经痛的诊断与注射的治疗方法。方法 选择门诊确为腰腹股沟神经痛患者3例,采用强的松龙混悬液,加局部麻药的局部注射神经通过股鞘一段的治疗方法。结果 3例病人皆在注射后短时完全止痛,一周后痊愈。结论 对诊断正确的患者,采取强的松龙局部注射法,可以获得满意的效果。Objective To introduce the diagnosis of the lumboinguinal nerve neuralgia and the treatment by method of local injection. Methods 3 cases of certain diagnosed lumboinguinal nerve neuralgia in out patient department were selected and treated by local injection of pred-nisolone plus local anesthetic to the nerve where it is passing through the femoral sheath. Results Pain was stopped after injection for a short period in all cases. All of them were cured one week later. Conclusion To the established diagnosis of the lumboinguinal nerve neuralgia, local injection of prednisolone may be the method of choice. Best effect could be obtained.
