摘　　要：通过葡萄糖酸铜的食品安全性评价表明,葡萄糖酸铜是中等急性毒性(LD_(50)为41mg/kg)和弱蓄积毒性的化学物质。在小鼠骨髓微核试验和小鼠精子畸变分析中,葡萄糖酸铜均显示阴性结果,并且在Ames试验中对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌株也无基因突变作用。The food safety evaluation of copper gluconate showed that it is a chemical with median acute toxicity (the LD_(50) for mice was 419mg/kg), but without the accumulation of toxicity. The negative results were abtained in the micronucleus test of bone marrow and the sperm abnormality analysis in mice. Also, no genotoxicity in salmonella typhinurium strains was found in Ames test.
