摘　　要：加强高校思想政治工作队伍建设是培养合格社会主义事业接班人的前提和基础 ,本文从实际出发 ,对加强政工队伍建设的意义 ,当前队伍建设存在的问题以及解决办法进行了探讨。It is the presupposition and basis of fostering qualified successors for socialist cause to strengthen the team construction of ideological politics in colleges and universities.In the article the author proceeds from actual conditions and inquires into the significance of strengthening the team construction of political work,the existing problems and solutions.
