摘　　要：《唐律》中共同犯罪的规定极为详尽 ,是历代封建统治者立法经验的总结 ,具有承上启下的作用 ,其影响延续至今 。The regulations of joint fellowship is detailed fully in the regulations of the Tang Dynasty,which is the summation of legislative experience of the feudal sovereign,but also plays a significant role in joining the last dynasties to the next those, and its impact continues in the present. To some extent, it could perfect the regulations of joint offences of criminal law in force.
