摘　　要：成人高等院校扩大招生规模后 ,应从加强教学管理、加强教师队伍建设和管理 ,加强学生管理三方面入手 ,构建教育质量保证体系 ,解决好“扩招”Having expanded the enrollment of adult students, teaching administration, construction of team of teachers and its administration and students administration should be intensified to build a guarantee system of education quality to solve the contradiction of expanding enrollment and guaranteeing education quality.
