摘　　要：探讨运用管理学观点 ,结合工作实际 ,论述管理制度建设、民主管理、教学管理、自身素质及集体凝聚力相结合 ,在提高高校体育教研室管理工作中的作用。This article used managerial viewpoint and combined wording practice.In order to improve the real wording result′s function about the P.E teaching and research section′s management,it summarized their combination about the building of managerial system,demooratic management,teaching management,own quality and collective cohesion.
