葡萄酒中无机阴离子的IC法测定研究

摘　　要：本文应用国产PIC-8离子色谱仪,采用单分离柱和电解背景抑制器,以Na2CO3(4.8mmol/L) /NaHCO3(5.1mmol/L)为淋洗液,分离检测了干红葡萄酒中7种阴离子。与Dionex 600法比较,变动系数 CV≤3%(n=5),相对误差R≤±5%。这表明了,使用国产离子色谱仪所得到的分析精密度和准确度均令人满意。本文对若干分析技术问题亦加以讨论。Ion Chromatograph PIC-8 with single-column & electrolyzing background-depressor was applied to determine7 abiotic anions in dry red wine with the mobile phase being Na2CO3(4.8mmol/L)/NaHCO3 (5.1mmol/L). Comparing with Dionex-600, the coefficient of variation CV≤3%(N=5)and the relative error R≤±5%, the result show that the reproducibility andaccuracy were satisfactory by using of Ion Chromatograph made in China. Some analytical techniques were also discussed in thispaper.
