摘　　要：给出了关于算子T的拟总体列紧算子定义 ,讨论了这类算子逼近的正则值 。The definition of quasi total collectively compact for operator T is given and the regular values of approximation for this classe of operator are discussed.The relation between reqular values of quasi total collectively compact for operator T and reqular values of approximation are received.
