摘　　要：国际合作与交流在建设世界一流大学中具有非常重要的不可替代的积极作用,是把我国研究生培养成世界一流人才的一条有效途径。从学术起点、竞争力、学术环境、学术声誉等几个方面分析了国际合作与交流对提高研究生培养质量的意义,提出应以国际合作与交流为契机,采取切实有效的措施,提高高等学校研究生培养质量。International cooperation acts an important role to build a firstclass university, and it is a good approach to bring up the firstclass graduate students with ability. In this thesis some questions to enhance teaching quality of graduate students are analysed, such as academic jumpingoff point, emulative ability, learning environments. Some effective measures are taken into account to enhance graduate students educational quality through international cooperation.
