摘　　要：通过气相色谱法 ,使用HP10 1毛细管柱 ,载气流量 6 0ml/min ,柱温 180℃ ,氢火焰离子化检测器 ,测得蚕蛹油中的脂肪酸为 :软脂酸C16∶0　 2 1 14 % ;棕榈油酸C16∶1　2 6 7% ;硬脂酸C18∶0　 5 77% ;油酸C18∶1　33 73% ;亚油酸C18∶2　 13 2 1% ;亚麻酸C18∶3　 2 1 31%。The content of fatty acid in silkworm chrysalis was determined by gas chromatography(condition:capillary HP101 carryer flower 60 ml/min oven temperature 180 ℃ FID).It was found palmitic acid C16∶0 21 14%;palmitoleic acid C16∶1 2 67%;octade canoic acid C18∶0 5.77%;oleic acid C18∶1 33.73%;octadecatienoic acid C18∶2 13.21%;linolenic acid C18∶3 21.31%.
