摘　　要：简要介绍了虚拟企业产生的背景及3个突出性质,概括出标准建模语言UML的产生及其种类.针对虚拟企业并行、分布及分属多企业的特点,在面向对象分析方法的基础上,提出了采用UML的虚拟企业组织结构和资源组织过程建模方法.This paper presents the emerging background of VE(virtual enterprise)and its outstanding three characteristics, generalizes the development procedure and types of UML(unified modeling language).According to VE′s characteristics of parallelism, distribution and multisubordination, the modeling method of VE Organization structure and resources organization procedure are proposed by UML based on the objectoriented modeling technology.
