摘　　要：计算机基础教育既是文化基础教育、又是人才素质教育 ,是信息化社会的需要。把握计算机基础教育的特点和教学规律 ,加强计算机基础教育的研究与实践 ,更新教学内容 ,积极改进教学方法和手段 ,适应信息时代发展 。The elementary education of computers,which has been meeting the requirements of information society today,is an education on personnel quality as well as on culture.It is a very important problem before all the educators in this field to enhance the research and practice based on its characteristics and laws,and to keep abreast of information times by updating teaching contents and improving teaching methods.
