摘　　要：在现代市场经济条件下 ,传统投资决策方法已不适应由于环境的不确定性而产生的动态战略投资管理的需要。本文旨在通过对实物期权思维方式的介绍 。Under the condition of modern marketing economy,traditional way of making policy and investment can't meet the requirements of managing dynamic and strategic investment which emerges as a result of the uncerˉtainty of environment.The article aims at introducing the thinking pattern of real options,then through the introˉduction,further explains the application of it during making the strategic investment at enterprises.
