论学员干部工作能力的培养和提高

摘　　要：学员干部是学员管理工作者的好助手 ,对加强学员管理工作起着重要的作用。培养和提高学员干部的工作能力应该从以下几个方面入手 :一是加强学员干部的素质教育 ;二是培养学员干部要有耐心 ;三是培养和保护学员干部的工作干劲 ;四是布置工作时要控制目标 ,方法任其选定 ;五是给予学员干部独立思考的权利 ;六是培养学员干部养成良好的工作习惯 ;七是学员干部要相互交流 ,取长补短。The student cadres are good assistants for the student administrators and play important roles in strengthening students' administration .The following are the main aspects to develop and increase the student cadres working capabilities: 1, to increase the student cadres quality education; 2, to develop their patience; 3, to develop and protect their working enthusiasm; 4, to control working targets in arrange work and select ways freely; 5, to present them with independent thinking power; 6, to develop their good working habits; 7, to encourage their mutual communication and learning from each other.
