摘　　要：从我国秘书学专业人才培养现状出发,探讨了本专业人才培养模式存在的问题,对我国秘书学本科专业人才培养提出了几点建议,尝试构建适合本专业实际情况的科学的培养目标和课程体系。This paper starts from the status of professional training in Secretarial Science,discusses the problems involved in the training model of the professional talents and finally puts forward some suggestions for the professional training of Secretarial Science in China,trying to build scientific training objectives and curriculum systems that fit into the actual situation.
