摘　　要：高等院校要按照“三个代表”的要求 ,加强党建工作 ,充分发挥广大党员的先锋模范作用 ,促进高校的改革和发展 ,使高校能够真正成为先进生产力的开拓者、先进文化的传播者。Higher learning institutions must strengthen Party construction work by the requirement of 'the three represents', fully promote the vanguard and exemplary role of the Party members and promote the reform and development of the higher learening institutions, thus making the higher learening institutions really become the pioneer of the advanced productive force, propagandists of the advanced culture, and protectors of the basic benefit of the broad people.
