摘　　要：针对目前各高校网络教育学院远程教育硬件平台主要依托原学校校园网建设,存在学校网络出口带宽和国内各网络互联带宽不足,服务器有效性、可靠性和可扩展性得不到保证,资金投入力度有限等问题,该文提出了一个基于CDN的高校远程教育硬件平台建设方案,能廉价、有效地解决上述问题。While many universities construct their web-based distance education system on the infrastructure of their campus network, there are still some problems: 1) the narrow bandwidth of the entrance of campus network and that between the several public networks (like Cernet, CNCnet, Chinanet, and CNUninet, etc); 2) the uncertain of servers validity, reliability and extensibility; and 3) the limited fund, etc. This page puts forward a cheap, valuable constructing solution based on CDN to resolve those problems.
