摘　　要：在网络教育在发展的过程中,出现了一些问题和十个方面的不平衡现象,这些都阻碍了网络教育的进一步发展。该文通过对这些现象和问题的分析,提出了相应的措施和对策,以促进网络教育更加健康有序地发展。During the development of web-based education, some problems and unbalance which will impede its developing appear. After analyzing and exploring these phenomena, this paper proposes some solutions to facilitate the healthy development of web-based education.
