湖北省2002年食物中毒情况分析

摘　　要：对湖北省 2 0 0 2年食物中毒资料进行统计分析表明 :全省 2 0 0 2年报告食物中毒事件 33起 ,中毒1 36 5人 ,死亡 1 4人。中毒季节以第三季度为高峰 ,该季度中毒起数占全年的 4 5 .5 %。中毒多发生在集体食堂和饮食服务单位 ,分别占 4 2 .4 %和 30 .3%。家庭食物中毒引起的死亡人数最多 ,占 92 .9% 。The statistics of food poisoning in Hubei Province in 2002 showed that 33 cases of food poisoning occurred,1 365 persons were poisoned and 14 persons died.The food poisoning cases occurred mainly in the third quarter of the year occupying 45.5% in that year.Most food poisoning cases occurred in collective canteens and drinking and food service units occupying 42.4% and 30.3% respectively.The number of death(92.9% of total death) resulted from food poisoning at home ranked first.Food poisoning was mainly caused by chemical food poisoning of tetramine.
