摘　　要：介绍了高职高专师资队伍建设的基本思路,探索了师资队伍建设的主要途径,阐述了强化双师素质的主要方法,最后针对工控试点专业师资队伍的建设效果进行了简要总结。This paper introduces basic thought of high vocational teachers team construction,explores main methods of teachers team construction and expounds main ways to strengthen two-skilled-teacher quality.At last,according to effectiveness of Application Technology of Industrial-controlled Computer,this paper makes a conclusion about it.
