摘　　要：正如几组数据所显示 ,广东在科技人力资源、劳动力素质、城市化进程中的人口素质以及广东成人教育发展等方面的状况 ,远不能适应广东建设经济强省的需要。切实地发展成人教育 ,根本改变广东人力资源素质状况 ,是广东建设教育强省的重要任务之一。As groups of statistics have shown, concerning science and technology human resource, quality of labor force, or the population in the process of urbanization, the situation in Guangdong is far behind the demands for an economic powerful province. Steady development of adult education and great improvement of the quality of human resources are the chief tasks for building up Guangdong as an educational advanced province.
