摘  要:根据跨栏跑的基本技术组成和可分解性特点,对完整和分解教学法在跨栏教学中的表现形式和基本组合方式进行了探讨。并通过教学实践提出了这两种教学方法在跨栏教学中的具体使用方法和注意的问题。为完整和分解教学法在其他田径项目教学中的应用提供了新思路。According to the basic technique composition and the decomposable character of hurdling the expression and the basic combination form of the integrated and decomposing teaching methods in hurdling teaching were discussed. Through teaching practice the application and problems needed to pay attention to in hurdling teaching when using those two sorts of teaching methods were put forward. The purpose was to provide a new train of thought for using those two teaching methods in the teaching of other track and field events.
