摘　　要：针对油脂废水的来源和水质特点,采用隔油、破乳、絮凝、气浮和生化处理相结合的工艺处理含油脂废水,降低废水的COD和含油量,使其达到国家排放的标准。According to the source and characteristic of lipid c ontaining wastewater, several treating technology including grease trap, breakin g of emulsion, coagulation, gas floating and biochemical degradation were illust rated. Through these methods, the COD and oil content of the wastewater could be reduced and the quality of the treated water could reach the national standard of draining.
