摘　　要：　在社会主义市场经济条件下,拜金主义的泛滥,是人们十分关注的一个问题。拜金主义不同于马克思当年所批判的货币拜物教,我们应廓清社会主义市场经济条件下的拜金主义和合理、规范的求金主义。The overflow of money worship in the condition of socialist market economy was a quite problem that attended by a lot of people. The money worship differs from the money fetishism that animadverted by Marx in his era. We now must clean their distinction between the money worship and the seek money according to the principle. 
