摘  要:在近代工业生产中,由于铝箔具有优良的综合性能,因而被广泛用于包装行业、电器产品、日用品,建筑材料及卷烟生产等各个方面。国内市场的需求量每年在1.5万吨以上,提高铝箔质量和生产效率已成为铝箔轧机的发展方向,液压伺服系统的应用从根本上解决了轧机高速、高精度和高效率的问题,使轧制后的铝箔厚度达到0.007mm,轧制速度高达1200m/min,液压轧制力达到4000kN,由电液伺服系统保证工作压力和辊缝恒定,轧机工作的稳定性一方面取决于制定正确的工艺流程,另一方面取决于电液伺服系统的动态性能。本文针对具体的铝箔轧机,建立了电液压力控制系统的数学模型和传递函数,并从理论与实践的结合上,分析了影响系统稳定工作的各个参数之间的关系,提出了保证系统稳定工作的方案和措施。In modern industrial production, aluminium foil is widely applied to packing industry, electrical appliance products, household necessities, building materials, cigarette production and so on because of the foil's excellent comprehensive performance. On the national market, aluminium foil is needed by over 15,000 tons, so it is aluminium-foil-rolling machine's developing direction to raise rolled aluminium quality and productivity. The application of hydraulicservosystem has thoroughly solved the problems of roller's fast speed, high precision and efficient efficiency, has made rolled aluminium's thickness attain 0.007 millimetees, has got rolling speed up to 1,200meters per minute and hydranlic rolling force up to 4,000 kilonewtons. Electrohydraulic servo system assures the constancy of operational pressure and rollpass. The stability of roller's operation depends on both technique process which should be worked out correctly and the dynamic performance of electrohydraulic servo system. This paper establishes the mathematical model and transfer function of electrohydraulic pressure control system according to specific rolled aluminium machine, analyses the relation of different parameters affecting the system's stable operation by means of combining theory with practice and puts forward plan and measure to guarantee the system's steady work.
