六种唇形科种子营养成分比较分析

摘　　要：对六种唇形科植物种子营养成分研究的结果表明 :种子含有丰富的脂肪油 ,其不饱和脂肪酸总量均在 90 %以上。种子油的主要成分为 :α 亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸、花生烯酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸等成分。并从种子中测定了 18种氨基酸和多种矿质元素的含量。这六种种子和种子油具有较高的营养价值和潜在药用保健功效。The nutritional composition of six kinds of seed which belong to Labiatae plants have been studied,the results showed:the contents of fatty oil in the seeds was abundant and the contents of unsaturated fatty acid were rich,its unsaturated fatty acid in these kinds of seed oil reached 90% all.the main constituents of fatty acids were:α-Linoleni acid,linolic acid,oleic acid,arachidonic acid palmitic acid and stearic acid.Eighteen kinds of amino acid and some kinds of mineral elements were determined from the seeds too.These six kinds of seeds and their oil were higher nutritional values and had potential medical protection effects.
