摘　　要：在历代医家注释的基础上 ,结合近现代研究 ,认为《内经》的肾主外理论是古代医家在长期的临床实践中 ,综合肾藏的生理病理 ,对肾在人体生命活动中保护机体 ,御邪防病 。Based on doctors'explaination in past dynasties combined with researches in modern times,the author considered that the theory of kidney dominating external was that the ancient doctors summed up the kidney functions of protecting organism,avoiding veil and preventing disease,lengthening life in life activities by the long term practice combined with physiology and pathology of kidney.
