摘　　要：目的 了解实习护生在毕业实习期间发生针刺伤的情况,探讨容易发生针刺伤的受伤环节。方法 对432名毕业于26所护理学校的2001届护理毕业生进行了回顾性问卷调查。结果 在毕业实习期间,432名实习护生在10个月实习期间发生针头刺伤总计967次;在回套针头帽这一环节发生针刺伤的情况最多,占27.9％。结论 不正确的操作习惯是针刺伤发生的主要原因;绝大多数学生上岗前未接受过系统的有关针刺伤的防护教育及培训。Objective To understand the occurrence situation of needling damage of probationer nurses during probation. To probe the occurrence link. Methods 432 nurese of 2001 grade from 26 nur-ses schools were investigated retrospectively by questionnaire. Results During 10 months probation, the total times of needling damage were 967 in 432 probationer nurses. Needling damage occurred easily as setting needle cap again. The rate was 27. 9%. Conclusions The incorrect operation habits is the main cause. Most probationer nurses did not receive systematic protection education of needling damage.
