摘　　要：根据海空背景下的红外图像特性,设计了一种新的对噪音鲁棒的目标背景对比度增强方法;在此基础上提出了一种基于目标局部能量正态分布的自适应目标提取方法。实验结果表明,该方法在对红外斑点目标进行单帧提取时是精确的和高效实用的。A new method robust to noise is designed to enhance the contrast between target and background, and a novel technique to extract the spot target in image is presented, on the basis of the normal distribution of local energy of target. Experiment results has shown that the method is effective in extracting spot target in a single frame.
