摘　　要：设计了压电驱动器的弹性铰链位移放大机构,通过利用ANSYS软件对其模型进行有限元分析;得到了放大机构的应力及变形图,分析了产生位移损失的原因;并提出了提高放大机构放大倍数的设计思路。In this paper, the displacement amplifier for piezo ceramic actuator is designed, and is analyzed by means of software ANSYS. Then,the stress and strain nephograms are obtained,and the causes of displacement losing are analyzed.And the design scheme for amplifier magnification increase is presented.
