摘　　要：高校管理干部在高校改革与发展中发挥着重要的作用 ,他们的素质问题事关教育事业的兴衰成败。文章从六个方面论述了高校管理干部的基本素质 ,即良好的思想政治素质、合理完备的知识素质、出色的能力素质、高尚的道德素质、健全的心理素质和健康的身体素质。College administrative cadres are playing an important role in college reform and development, their essential qualities are crucial to the development of education.The paper deals with the essential qualities of college administrative cadres from six aspects: excellent political ideologies;fine intellectua qualities;distinctive capabilities;noble morality;sound psychological diathesis and physical constitution.
