摘　　要：知识管理是知识经济发展的必然趋势。作为知识创新主体之一的科研组织,其科研活动应是知识生产的主要过程,也是知识管理应得到高度发展的领域。本文对科研组织的知识管理模式与流程进行了初步探讨,并结合案例对其有效性进行了分析。Knowledge management is a necessity sequence of the knowledge economics.As the main bodies that present knowledge,colleges or institutes' scientific research plays an important role in the course of innovation.This paper analyses the process of the knowledge management in the process of scientific research.And then it gives some advice to realize the efficient management.
