摘　　要：将生态学理论与区域技术创新理论相结合 ,提出了区域技术创新生态系统新概念。在此概念基础上 ,分析了区域技术创新生态系统的稳定性调节机制。Combining the theory of ecosystems and the regional technological innovation system (RTIS),it puts forward a new concept. i.e.,regional technological innovation ecosystem (RTIES). RTIES with some ecological characteristics provides such a good approach that we can use ecology metaphor in making scientific researches on RTIS. RTIES is a very large complex system to such an extent as to that we couldn’t analysis every perspective of RTIES. So it only focuses on the stability mechanism of RTIES.
