高等师范院校教育科研工作探析

摘　　要：高等师范院校教育科研工作的开展与提高,一要统一思想,提高认识,为教育科研兴校战略提出可靠的依据;二要树立意识,营造氛围,创造条件,为教育科研建好路,搭好桥;三要强化管理,健全制度,做好组织、队伍建设和选题工作;四要用"经营"的思想来从事教育科研项目的组织和研究;五要建立科学、公正、合理的利益分配机制;六要增强服务意识,各级管理、服务部门为教育科研做好保驾护航工作。Scientific research of education plays a very important role at normal colleges and universities;therefore we must take effective measures to develop it.Firstly,we should unify our thoughts and establish the strategic understanding of the significant part that scientific research plays in invigorating schools.Secondly,we should build up our consciousness of scientific research,and create an environment of scientific research as well.Thirdly,we should strengthen our management,improve our system,organize and build up a large contingent of scientific and technical personnel as well as choose the scientific research topics.Fourthly,we should organize and discuss the important scientific research project by management principles.Fifthly,we should set up a scientific,impartial and equitable distribution system of benefits.Lastly,we should enhance our service awareness to make every administrative and service department support the scientific research of education.
