摘　　要：围绕高职教育办学目标,分析了目前高职教育的薄弱环节,设想在基础课中开设一门综合性科学素质课程———《科学技术基础与应用》,提出了开设本课程的具体实施方案。Centering on the goal of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the weak link in higher vocational education, and comes up with the tentative proposal that a comprehensive course of scientific qualities — Basis of Science and Technology and Its Application should be established in basic courses. Finally it offers the specific implementing programme of this course.
