摘　　要：目的 :人工合成变形链球菌葡糖基转移酶第 5 49～ 5 67位多肽序列HDS。方法 :应用固相多肽合成仪合成变形链球菌葡糖基转移酶上 5 49～ 5 67位氨基酸序列HDS ,使用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法碎片结构分析技术 ,对合成产物进行检测。结果 :准确合成了 19个氨基酸的多肽序列HDS ,纯度达 97%。结论Objective: To synthesize and identify the peptide HDS derived from S.mutans GTF-B N-terminal 552-570. Methods: The peptide HDS derived from S.mutans GTF-B N-terminal 552-570 was synthesized by Merrifold peptide synthesor AB1433A and its amino acid sequence was detected by FAST technique.Results: The peptide HDS was synthesized accurately and purified by 97%. Conclusion: The synthesis of HDS makes it possible to study its immunologic characteristics.
