摘　　要：　北宋中期内忧外患日益加重,有志之士纷纷挺身而出,要求进行变革以挽救危机。李觏便是其中一员。在学术上,他对儒家经典进行了创造性的诠释,开宋代义理先河。在思想上,他主张经世致用,是宋代功利主义先驱。在政治上,他追随范仲淹,拥护"庆历新政",提出了一整套通变救弊的革新主张。虽然没有史料表明李觏与王安石之间存在直接的交往,但重要的是两者的革新思想基本一致。李觏是王安石的先驱,王安石将李觏的理想付诸了实践。李觏与王安石以非主流的身份同占据宋学主流的程朱理学相对而立、相映成趣,并对南宋以陈亮、叶适为主的事功学派产生了一定影响。There were domestic t roub le and foreign invasion in the middle stage of Northern Song,people with deep in sight stepped forward bravely one after another,asking to reform to avoid from c risis.LI Gou was on of them. In the learned society, he creatively explained the Confucianists classics, and he led the school of Li(principle). In thought, he stood that theory should service for the actuality, and he was the pioneer of ut ilitarianism of Song dynasty. In politics, he followed FAN Zhong-yan, supported 'The Qing Li Reform', and he raised a whole set of reformative view that can tur n the malpractice to sensible. It is important that the reform thought of LI Gou and WANG An-shi is consistent on the whole, although without the historical dat a to indicate that there is any direct contact between them. LI Gou was the pion eer of WANG An-shi, and WANG An-shi put the ideal of LI Gou into effect. In the whole thought of Song dynasty, LI Gou and WANG An-shi were the secondary aspects , then CHENG brothers and ZHU Xi were the principal aspects, they face to face a nd form a delightful contrast. LI Gou made a notable impact to CHENG Liang and Y E Shi--the utilitarianism of Southern Song.
