摘 要:分析了永7块自喷和人工举升两个开发阶段的开发特征,针对油井脱气的情况,提出应从管柱优化,套压控制与管理,驱动方式和地层、井筒、地面的协调4个方面采取相关配套措施,通过实施注水开发和选用不同的油嘴、热洗管柱的优化、套压的优化控制、套管气的回收,有效解决了计量波动大、清防蜡、检泵周期短等问题,实现了永7块的高产稳产,提高了经济效益。Development features involved in both flowing period and artificial lift period in Yong 7 block are analyzed in this paper. To separate gas from oil completely, in cases from tubing optimizing, casing pressure control, drive methods and integrating formations, wellbores and surfaces, the supporting techniques implemented in this block include injecting water, using different dimensional nipples, optimizing thermal cleaning pipes, controlling casing pressure and reclaiming casing gas. By means of above techniques, such problems as serious metering fluctuation, long periods of wax removal and pump inspection, etc. have been solved effectively. Outputs and economic benefits can be increased greatly by employing these techniques.
