摘　　要：对有机物料工厂化生产有机肥的发酵过程进行了分析 ,讨论了影响发酵过程的影响因素 ,提出了能控制发酵物理参数的控制系统 ,系统温度控制采用单神经元的PID控制 。On the basis of the analysis of industrial ferment process of organic fertilizer,the influencing the ferment process are discussed.The control system used in adjusting physics factors is presented.The single neuron PID control is used in the temperature control,the compensating control is used in ventilate control.This result have good dynamic and static characteristics,anti-interference ability.
