太原市空气污染与儿童医院日门诊量的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨空气污染对儿童健康的影响。 [方法 ]应用时间序列分析方法和回归分析方法 ,对 1 998年山西省儿童医院和太原市儿童医院门诊资料、同期杏花岭区和迎泽区的WHO全球大气监测点的空气监测资料及同期山西省气象资料 ,进行空气污染与儿童医院门诊量的相关性分析。 [结果 ]1 998年 ,太原市空气污染物总悬浮颗粒物 (TSP)和SO2 均值在采暖期和非采暖期均高于WHO空气质量推荐标准。门诊量分析结果表明内科门诊量所占的比例最大 ,省儿童医院为 40 92 % ,市儿童医院为 2 6 1 2 %。相关性分析说明在空气污染指标中SO2 浓度与两个医院内科日门诊量的增加呈显著相关。TSP浓度与省儿童医院急诊科日门诊量呈显著相关。 [结论 ]空气污染物SO2 浓度与儿童医院内科日门诊量之间、TSP浓度与省儿童医院急诊科日门诊量之间相关。表明太原市空气污染已经影响了儿童的健康 ,应该受到重视 ,并提示太原市对空气污染要采取控制措施。Objective] To study the effect of air pollution on childrens health. [Methods] The following data were collected for the study:the outpatient visits data in 1998 from Shanxi Children Hospital(SCH) and Taiyuan Children Hospital(TCH);the air monitoring data from Global Environmental Monitoring Point in Taiyuan;and the meteorological data from Shanxi Weather Bureau. Time series analysis technique combined with linear regression was used to study the association between air pollution and children outpatient visits. [Results] In 1998,both in heating and non heating periods,the means of total suspended particulates(TSP) and SO 2 exceeded the health standards of air quality recommended by WHO. The number of outpatient visits to internal medicine department composed the biggest part of the total (40 92% in SCH,and 26 12% in TCH). SO 2 was significantly associated with the increase of outpatient visits to internal medicine,while TSP was significantly correlated with the number of outpatient visits to emergency department. [Conclusion] The association of air pollution with children outpatient visits appears just to be the correlation of TSP and SO 2 with outpatient visits to internal medicine and to emergency department. This indicates that the air pollution in Taiyuan has affected children health. Measures should be taken to bring the air pollution in Taiyuan under control.
