摘  要:目的 分析正常(牙合)青少年下颌切点额状面咀嚼运动轨迹的特征。方法 采用SGG下颌运动轨迹描记仪来描记和测量20名正常(牙合)青少年下颌切点额状面咀嚼运动轨迹,并用吸光度法来测定其咀嚼效能。结果正常(牙合)青少年下颌切点额状面咀嚼运动范围为最大开口幅度(12.18±3.64)mm,最大侧移幅度(5.68±1.62)mm,男性均大于女性(P<0.05)。咀嚼效能与咀嚼运动范围呈正直线相关(P<0.05)。额状面咀嚼运动轨迹可分为三型,以轨迹大部分分布在工作侧,小部分在非工作侧的类型最多见。结论 分析正常(牙合)青少年下颌切点额状面咀嚼运动轨迹特征,可为临床诊治青少年口颌系统疾病提供依据。Purpose To analyse the characteristics of mandibular incisor point chewing movement on frontal plane orbit in youth of normal occlusion. Methods The mandibular incisor point chewing movement on frontal plane orbits in 20 youths of normal occlusion were raced by SGG, then measured and analysed. At the same time, the masticatory efficiency was measured by the light absorption method. Results Amplitude of most mouth opening on chewing movement was (12. 18±3. 61)mm. Amplitude of most transtrusion on chewing movement was (5.68± 1. 62)mm. The result of the male group was significantly higher than that of the female group (P<0. 05) . There was positive correlation between the masticatory efficiency and the ranges of mandibular incisor point chewing movement on frontal plane orbit (P < 0. 05). There were three types of mandibular incisor point chewing movement on frontal plane orbit. Conclusions The results were useful in the diagnosis and treatment of stomatognathic disease in youths.
