摘　　要：蓖麻油黏度高、比重大、易乳化,在室温下难溶于轻汽油,是一种特殊的植物油,因其本身独特的物理和化学性质,使其制取工艺过程中有区别于其他油品的不同之处。论述了蓖麻籽预榨工艺、浸出工艺流程,强调蓖麻籽在轧坯后应立即进行压榨,应在浸出温度55℃,入浸水分6%～8％,浸出时间120min情况下对蓖麻饼进行浸出。Castor oil is a kinds of special vegetable oil, it has attributes of high viscosity, heavy gravity and well emulsifiability, difficult to dissolye in light gasoline under usual temperature, its manufacture technology is different from other oils because of itself characteristic physical and chemical property. The paper sets forth the prepressing and extraction flowes of castor seed, emphasizes that castor seed should be prepressed immediately after flaking processing, then ex-tact the castor cake at extraction temperature 55℃, moisture 6% - 8% , extraction time 120 min.
