摘　　要：鉴于目前许多组织的上岗引导通常只包括了一般政策介绍,而涉及工作开展本身方面的内容很少,本文引入了质量管理相关理论,整合了当前普遍使用的八项质量管理原则,得出了四项工作质量管理原则,并加以阐述,最后给出了组织推行该原则的步骤图示及应把握的要点。In view of the fact that employee orientation in many organizations only includes general policy introduction with very few content concerning how concrete work is carried out, this paper introduces theories related to quality management, integrates the eight principles of quality management widely used currently into four principles of work management and expounds them in detail, at last puts forward the diagram of the steps of implementing the four principles as well as some critical points to be mastered by organizations.
