摘  要:据对固始鸡自然群研究得知 ,快羽占 8.6 0 % ,慢羽占 91.4 0 % ,说明固始鸡的原始种群主要以慢羽为主。其羽型分布结果为 :快羽中R1型占 6 8% ,R2 型占 32 % ;慢羽中 ,倒长型占 5 8.8% ,等长型占 16 .5 % ,未长型占 2 4 .7% ,未出现微长型。依据鸡的快慢羽显隐性关系以及伴性遗传的原理 ,通过个体选择、测交和纯繁扩群等方法建立了固始鸡快慢羽纯系。将建立起来的固始鸡快慢羽纯系进行纯繁 ,其后代快羽及慢羽比例分别达到了 99.5 %和 99.7%以上。经两系自别配套知 ,其后代雏鸡羽速自别雌雄的准确率达到了 99%以上。B810 pure Gushi chicken eggs were collected from the remote mountain region of Gushi County. 27271 were hatched in the Breeding Chicken Farm of Henan Agricultural University. Among them 2344 (8.60%) were fast feathering (FF) and 24927 (91.4%) were slow feathering (SF), examined by using the vent sexing or anatomic methods. It shows that Gushi Chicken is a breed rich of SF gene. The frequencies of fast feathering types were: 68% R 1and 32% R 2. But the frequencies of slow feathering types were as follows: the primaries, shorter than primary-coverts were 58.8%; the same in length of primaries and primary-coverts were 16.5%; the primaries, not extended out, were 24.7%; the primaries, longer than primary-coverts within 2 mm, were 0%.The pure linesof fast and slow featheringwere established based on the recessive relation of the growth and sex linkage genetic principle with breeding methods such as individual selection, test-mating and pure reproduction.The ratio of the subsequent generation of FF and the SF chickens were over 99.5% and 99.7%, respectively. Hens from the SF line were mated with cocks from the FF line. The accurate ratio of auto-sexing was over 99% in the F 1 generation.
