摘 要:为研究微重力环境下含铰接间隙航天可展结构的动力学特性,让可展桁架结构分别在水平悬吊和垂直安装情况下展开到位后突然锁定,测试并比较标志点的衰减振动加速度响应。在水平安装时,用橡胶绳把每一部件悬吊起来,以尽量消除部件重量对铰关节的作用力。实验结果显示,与垂直安装状态相比,水平悬吊安装状态下含间隙桁架结构衰减振动的加速度幅值响应减小,振动时间较短,有更宽的频谱响应和严重的响应滞后现象,对铰间隙的初始运动状态呈现出高度敏感性。This paper studied the dynamics of space deployable structures with joint clearances in micro gravity. A deployable truss structure was mounted first in a horizontal plane and then in a vertical plane to compare the acceleration responses of damped vibrations of a selected marker after the truss was locked abruptly in its deployed configuration. In the horizontal plane each truss component was hung by two soft rubber cords to reduce the weighting on the joints. The experimental results demonstrated that the intermittent collisions and friction inside the joints with small gaps reduced the truss vibration amplitudes, shortened the vibration periods, and increased the power frequency bandwidth and the hysteresis so that the system had much more sensitivity to the initial system state when mounted in the horizontal plane than when in the vertical plane.
