摘 要:通过引入运动特性变换矩阵,将机构的运动特性,如运动类型、运动轴线和速度特性等,集成于一体,并通过对运动特性变换矩阵行和列进行变换,然后对速度特性进行扩展和分配,实现运动需求的自动分解。该方法从本质上讲是一种自顶向下的求解方法,以成熟的矩阵理论为依托,逻辑性和可操作性强,有利于计算机辅助自动化求解过程的实现。Solving of complex motion requirement is always a focused research point of mechanical kinematic scheme during the conceptual design process. By integrating motion attributes of mechanism, such as motion type, axis, velocity attributes, to motion characteristic transformation matrix, a novel top-down solving method of complex motion requirements is presented to decompose the complex requirements into several simpler ones by sophisticated matrix operation-row and column shifting and velocity character expanding strategy. Differs from the traditional solving method, this method has two advantages, the first is that it is more easier to be operated and realized by a computer, and the second is it is a creative process by nature.
