摘　　要：给出了有限域Fq 上的 2υ+δ(δ=1,2 )仿射伪辛空间APG(2υ+δ ,Fq)和 2υ+δ次仿射伪辛群APs2υ+δ(Fq)的概念 ,讨论APs2υ+δ(Fq)作用在APG(2υ+δ ,Fq)上的可迁性及一些相关的计数定理 。The concepts of affine_pseudo_symplectic space APG(2υ+δ,F q) and affinepseudo_symplectic group APs 2υ+δ (F q) over finite field F q are given,the transitivity of APs 2υ+δ (F q) on APG(2υ+δ,F q) is discussed,and some Anzahl theorems in APG(2υ+δ,F q) are obtained.Furthermore,an association scheme is constucted from the affine_pseudo_symplectic space,and its parameters are also computed.
