摘 要:在大豆叶子中大豆皂甙总配糖体提取工艺的基础上,进一步对总配糖体进行了分离纯化研究,主要研究了大豆皂甙总配糖体的脱色澄清、萃取以及萃取后得到大豆皂甙总配糖体的柱分离精制,从而得到了大豆皂甙分离纯化最佳的工艺条件.In this paper, total glycosides in the soyasaponins from soybean leaves were further separated and then purified on the basis of their extract process. The different methods and conditions of total glycosides decoloration, clarification and extraction were mainly examined. After being extracted, total glycosides were refined through chromatographic column, so various conditions of refinement were also discussed. Based on the comparison of these methods and conditions, the optimum process conditions of total glycosides was eventually achieved.
